Shipping Methods
We primarily use J&T Express Malaysia for standard shipping. Any changes to this will be communicated to the customer in advance.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are variable based on the cost of the order. We do offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Shipping Time
Orders typically take 1-2 working days to be processed and shipped.

Shipping Areas
We ship to all areas within Malaysia. Additional shipping costs may apply for certain areas and will be communicated in advance.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided to the customer once the order has been packaged and shipped.

Return Policy

Return Period
Customers have 7 days after receiving their order to initiate a return for exchange or refund.

Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees, but Sujihome Trading does not cover the cost of return shipping.
